Hi, I do have one customer that even with those flags checked can´t change his password, keeps saying that Member or account associated with email :xxxxxxxxx does not have the rigth information or permissions in the system. I already double checked the roles and i cannot explain the behaviour that the customer is reporting. What could be the issue? Thank you
