I do not think there is any redistributable available for redistributing MFC71.dll, MSVCR71.dll and associated dlls. You will have to manually bundle them in your installer. You can choose to create a merge module for the same.

Also IMHO the way the suite UI looks seems a out of place with the rest of the Windows User Interfaces. I wish it was kept similar to msi dialog's look and feels. That would seem more professional in my opinion.

Inability to remove the big InstallShield logo is becoming an obstacle for me to buy this version. Users should be given this ability, considering they have paid for the software. InstallShield should not try to do free advertising on software which is paid. It is kind of akin to adware.

Should be possible. Have you investigated the concept of merge modules? Each developer can create merge modules, which will be consumed by the main "master" installer. You can share data from master to merge modules and vice-versa using variables.

Dear IA Product Manager, It would be really great if you could add a requirement to IA to support web installs (the way InstallShield) provides. This will help a number of IA users to create installers which are small boot-strap exe, which when executed shows all the UI, and then download files from some webserver or file server based on the features selected by the user.

Well that's not what I meant. When I meant web installer, I meant a small bootstrap exe which then downloads the appropriate files depending on the features selected by the user. This is available in InstallShield but not in InstallAnywhere.

I was also not able to get this working and resorted to using the Execute Uninstaller command to invoke the uninstaller of each merge modules.
