Flexera is going to migrate all software products/releases/mappings from current data to proposed data. (See attachment)


IBM SDK Java Technology Edition has been renamed to be IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition. [1]

This change will impact customers who rely on not only Technopedia Manufacturer ID/Software Product ID/Release ID and names, but also discovered data that was previously mapped to the current Data will be mapped to the proposed Data.

The change needs the customer to manage downstream processes and report in their organization.

The spreadsheet Software Product & Release Name Change 12212021.xlsx provides the full list of all the software products and releases for which the manufacturer/product will be renamed from IBM SDK Java Technology Edition to IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition.

Customers should expect these changes to begin no earlier than January 4th.
