The May 2023 update of the Spider Software Services is available.
All components are available in our Product and License Center.
Changes
- Symantec products moved over to manufacturer Broadcom.
- Intune connector: Co-managed devices (from SCCM and Intune) will not be delivered by the Intune connector anymore, as duplicate devices could occur in Spider. Therefore, the delivered devices will be filtered by "managementAgent".
- Intune connector: Devices delivered will now be limited to "managedDeviceOwnerType" of value "company".
- Intune connector: The value for "LastLoggedOnUser" will not be delivered for now, as the value contained false data. The correct delivery of the value is in planning.
- The software recognition import will not encounter in an error anymore, when the imported file is encoded in UTF-8, but the Byte Order Mark is not present in the file.
Recognition Catalog
The Recognition Catalog contains normalization and recognition capabilities for more than
- 2.937.726 inventoried programs,
- 139.443 software publisher, and
- 7.090.876 inventoried files.

Software and SKU Catalog
The Software Catalog contains more than 1.187.905 relevant and normalized articles (SKUs) of software licenses and maintenances and more than 71.573 license relevant product versions.
