Spider 6.4.10 update is available

Improvements in Spider 6.4.10

Spider 6.4.9 includes the following product features and improvements:

Feature	Description
Binding periods	Binding periods can now be defined for manufacturers in Spider Licence. If a binding period is specified, installations cannot be removed from Spider during the period after installation. By default, a binding period of 90 days for the manufacturer Microsoft is stored in the system. License Metrics Procedures	The License Metrics procedure "Calculation: Core based" has been adjusted: For the manufacturer Vmware, core-based products must be licensed with at least 16 cores per CPU.
External libraries	The chartjs library used in graphical evaluations has been updated to version 2.9.4. To generate Excel files, Spider uses an external component from DevExpress. This has been updated to version 23.1.6.

Corrections in Spider 6.4.10

The May 2024 update of Spider contains the following corrections:

Ares	Description
Search & Reporting	The export of data from reports could fail in individual cases if brackets were used. The "Public" field was not persisted when saving advanced searches.
Synchronization	When updating product versions in the synchronization process, the release date was ignored under certain circumstances. Under certain circumstances, the connection between devices (software recognition) and assets (spider asset) could not be established if the asset was stored in the system prior to the device.
