Upgrade to actual RHEL release 7.7
The Extended Update Support for RHEL systems running version 7.5 will end on April 30 2020. In order to have support for the RHEL of the CSI, I have to upgrade to actual RHEL release 7.7. If I can proceed please provide all necessary details in order to proceed with the upgrade.
In addition I would like to know If there is a way to send an email notification to a specific email address when a new version of a specific software detected by CSI/SVM is available ?
Thanks

Hi Antonis,
Here's a basic guide in this KB:
Note:
It's advised to make backups of your databases and conf files.
Such as:
/etc/my.cnf
/usr/local/Secunia/csi/api/config/config.common.ini
/usr/local/Secunia/csi/api/config/config.ini
And it's also advised to upgrade to PHP7 and MariaDB 10.3 for the latest version of SVM.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.

As for:
"email notification to a specific email address when a new version of a specific software detected"
A smart group notification may be the closest you'll get. You can send out notifications when Number of Products in a Smart group increases.
