We have users setup to use SMS as MFA and they are not receiving their code via SMS to login. Is there a current issue with SMS?

The SMS feature for US customers is currently out of service and currently awaiting service restoration by the vendor.
Would you like to implement one of the solutions offered?
1. Reset 2FA and configure Token.
2. Remove multifactor authentication from all accounts. Password only login.
