Unable to return InstallShield Licenses
Hi,
I am not able to return the Install Shield licenses assigned to my build machines. Could you help.

If you have access to support, please open a case with the serial number and host ID of the licenses you wish to return. If you do not have access to open cases online, please send an email with the information to support@flexerasoftware.com

Thanks for looking into this.
I have tried that. Only for the licenses applied on 2 machines, it is not showing return option.
