Issue:Install Shield Limited Edition for Visual studio 2013 professional for 64 bit.

Hi

I am having problem in install InstallShield 2015 Limited Edition for Visual Studio 2013.

InstallShield.log from the path C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2015LE\System is below.

Have attached the log as well. Please repsond how can i fix it.

Hi,

Try browsing to C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2015LE\System and run the command below using cmd:
tsconfig /set_license_server

It should display a dialog for activation. make sure the serial number is correct and click activate.

have already tried that and has not solved the problem.

Even after the activation. Activation is successful but there is an error in the install shield log
I am not able to view the Project and Setup in the Visual studion 2013 and error in the install shield still exists.

I would expect the Limited Edition project type to be under Other project types and I don't see it there in your screenshot. This suggests that there is an issue with the integration with Visual Studio, as opposed to the activation.

Running a repair install of InstallShield should fix the integration. Try running a repair and see if this resolves the issue.

I did the TSConfig.exe /repair
but didn't help. Please find the installshield log attached.

Have noticed below error in the install shield log. May be that is the reason Limited Edition project type is not shown under Other project types in the screenshot posted before in this thread.
