Submit a request for new functionality or enhancement to an existing feature that would make the product behave more efficiently or extend its capability.

  • I would like to see the product do something new.

  • I have an idea for how the product could be improved.

Open a support case

Create a new support case to get help with a problem you may be experiencing. This if the product behaves in a way in contravention to the documentation or displays an error visibly or in any log files or debug.

For Example:

  • I cannot get the product to work the way i want.

  • I donot understand something about the product.

  • I believe I have discovered a problem with the product.

InstallShield 2016 Visual Studio 2019 C++ Redistributables

Hello, is it possible to download the Visual Studio 2019 C++ Redistributables (prq) for InstallShield 2016 ? Thanks Harald

If your question is:Is it possible to create installers that makes use of Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable? Then the answer is:

Yes,it is possible.Version of InstallShield has nothing to do with pre-requisite you are going to add to the installer.

Create your own Pre-requisite using Pre-Requisite editor using the below link:

You can take a sample of Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable Package which i am attaching here for reference.Renamed to .txt from .prq due to attachment restrictions here.
