Instal Shield 2016 licence re-activation failed

Hi

The re-activation licence screen fails showing error 51406 - Fulfilment record is disabled.

I tried offline also, the key get activated and xml downloads but doesnt get activated in the popup screen.

I have emailed the support and have got any reply yet.

Hi @ksomasundaram, Did you try de-activating and activating again? Below article can help you with de-activating: https://community.flexera.com/t5/InstallShield-Knowledge/Deactivation-of-InstallShield/ta-p/5281 Then try activation,it might work. Thanks, Jenifer

I tried de-activating. But still getting the error - 51406 - Fulfillment record is disabled. Screen shot attached.
