Question:

We are seeing 'suspiciously small number of connections' error message when testing SQL databases.

Answer:

The suspiciously small number of connections warning means that we were able to access the database, but we did not observe any other connections. This may be an indication that the credential supplied does not have permission to view other users' connections to the database, in which case the data collected will not be useful. It is possible that the database in question is only lightly used, in which case this warning can be ignored. Press "skip" to add the credential anyway if you are sure that the account has sufficient permissions.
