Anyone else see this error? When attempting to recalculate the TCO with new values, the overall TCO stays the same regardless of the new input values, and this error is displayed on the page, until I reload the page (the overall TCO value still remain the same after a reload of the page again, but the new monthly values seem to stay as I saved them):

Issue resolved:

In the TCO input form, it states:

Max Uncompressed Speed In Mb Per Sec

Value must be at least 0

.....Resolution: "Value must be at least 1"   ....

Hi Team,

Is this behavior still present? Our team will work to replicate it if so and create a support ticket if necessary.

Thanks!

Yes, it is still present.

We are contemplating documenting the current / custom values saved in the TCO forms, then doing the reset to default values… and seeing if it persists. But are mostly needing the current values for a delivery report soon. I’d be open to logging a ticket so we can keep the information confidential, then posting the resolution once we figure that out.

Thank you for the help!
