Hi Community,
Has anyone come across the situation with Solaris Servers not getting discovered even though SNMP credentials have been validated and added successfully on RN150? Is this version specific limitation of Cloudscape as I can see these are all Solaris versions 9 and 8.

That could very well be the issue. The SNMP agent in versions prior to 10 were replaced with a partially implemented agent (based on Net-SNMP), and with 11 much of the unimplemented functionality was fixed. This causes issues with inventorying these devices as the SNMP agent exposes the correct MIBs but does not actually implement the routines to populate them with data. Essentially, it is partially implemented. This causes issues with the devices being properly inventoried.
Thanks,
