We installed this tool with a subscription code at a client place on Monday,12-July-2021. 24 hours later, we wanted to find out what information the tool gathered from the device. On the Dashboard screen, we keep getting this error.

I attach a screenshot of the device where the tool is running. These are the ports they have opened. The client said they wouldn't get the required approvals to open the SSH port.
Any idea what could be missing? The tool is not collecting any data other than showing 120 devices. The client told us they have 200+ devices on their premises.

That particular Dashboard chart is only populated once performance data has been collected. Performance data is collected for licensed devices. When ready, license selected devices within your assessment to begin collecting performance data.
