Following the recent update to our ServiceNow integration, we have noticed that existing integrations are failing due to a change in the required minimum ServiceNow permissions. To provide details as to which paid licenses are being used by which roles/users, we require the integration to now use a ServiceNow account that has the user_admin role assigned.
To resolve this problem, you can reauthorize the integration with a user with the user_admin ServiceNow role assigned; full details can be found here.
We are currently working on adding additional functionality which will provide the ability to choose whether you want to use the new license differentiation functionality or not.
