Due to a configuration in Microsoft 365, an issue can occur in which Microsoft 365 reports conceal usernames. When this occurs, users in the Office 365 integration will show no names or emails. Only a GUID is displayed for each user. All users will be flagged as suspicious.

Solution

To fix this issue, turn off concealed usernames in Office 365. See the Microsoft article Microsoft 365 reports show anonymous user names instead of actual user names for instructions.

Once this setting is disabled, the Flexera SaaS Management integration will start pulling the correct user email and name when the Application Roster task next runs.
