I get Your account does not allow you to access IT Assets interactively. Please contact your administrator. When I logon with an account that I used to generate a refresh token this token is used in api calls from the new version of app portal.

I am getting a 401 not authorized when making the api call through the flexera service gateway in app portal 2022 r1 .
