Where to submit a design change request?

Howdy All,

Can anyone share if there's a way to submit a design change request?  

I looked around but couldn't find anything other than open a support ticket.

What kind of design change are you looking to make? If you are looking to add a custom field within the ITAM module, you need to open a support case. If you are looking to recommend an enhancement to Flexera One, that is done via the Ideas portal: https://flexerasfdc.ideas.aha.io/ideas

The ideas link is what I'm looking for.  There are just so many little things that I've found during our deployment that left me scratching my head.
