UAT Favorites missing & unable to readd

I have one user in Flexera One (UAT), who's favorites were missing this morning and when the user tries to add something back to Favorites, they are unable, cannot click on the star.

User has tried in Chrome/Edge/IE, and with and without mouse. Can click on PIN and other items but not the STAR.  This is just happening to one user in environment and user had saved Favorites yesterday.

Attempted to clear cache, reboot, all the standard troubleshooting with no success.

Any idea????

A fix was recently released tonight for favorites not being saved. Can you please have the user log back in and try again?
