Has anyone seen an issue where the Flexera Agent is pulling in a different serial number than SCCM in an AWS environment? Both have the same inventory date, hostname, and IP address. This is causing duplicate inventory records to be created.

Are you still having this issue? If yes, I suppose that this is on Windows operating systems (as SCCM is being used) so did you try to execute Get-WmiObject win32_bios | select Serialnumber through PowerShell on one of the devices where you see a discrepancy, and did that shine any light on which inventory is correct?
