Components of Flexera One ITAM

Hi guys,

Can someone help me understand the components of Flexera One ITAM which should be hosted on prem apart from beacon and agents. It would be great if someone could let me know if any database should be created for Flexera One on prem; something like a staging database. Can someone share a link/KB on how to setup Flexera One. (similar to the pdf of FNMS on prem installation).

You will need just the beacon(s) for your initial installation of Flexera One ITAM.

Follow these steps to set up and register a beacon:

https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/ITAssets/InstallConfigBeacon.htm 

Once your beacon is up and running, proceed to the agent rollout.

There is no need for a staging database unless you have a custom business or inventory adapter.
