Summary
In some situations, the performance of database queries used to obtain data to be displayed in the file evidence grid on the Evidence tab when viewing an inventory device record can decrease to the point where timeouts occur. This results in red error bar messages being shown in the web UI.
Fix details
An update has been made to improve the performance of relevant database queries used by the dbo.Grid_ComputerFileEvidenceListModelByComputer table-valued function in the compliance database.
Fix status
This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2020 R2.5 / Jun 2021 (Cloud), 2021 R1 (On Premises)
