This issue is caused by a logic where where an incorrect field is retrieved from the database for displaying in the Status column for Purchase records in custom reports.
The Status for all purchases is likely to be reported as either the value New or a blank value.

This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2021 R1.4 / Mar 2022 (Cloud), 2022 R1 (On Premises)
