Known Issue: Attempting to configure an email address containing an apostrophe (') on a FlexNet Manager Suite account fails with error: "Invalid email format" (IOJ-1843592)
Synopsis
Input validation performed on the web UI page where accounts are configured to grant people access to FlexNet Manager Suite prohibits entry of an email address containing an apostrophe (') character. The following validation error message is displayed if such an address is entered into the "Email" field:
Invalid email format
Workaround
Enter an email address for the account that does not include an apostrophe character.
Fix status
This issue is still open but not currently scheduled to be addressed.
