Known Issue: ApplicationDeletion import writer step may fail with error: 'The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_OracleFeature_ScannedInstanceID".' (IOJ-2126421)
Description
The writers phase of the inventory import may fail while executing the step ApplicationDeletion.
When this issue occurs, logging similar to the following will be found in the import log:
2020-07-06 07:24:01,819 [INFO ] All retries have been attempted for Writer 'ApplicationDeletion'
2020-07-06 07:24:01,835 [ERROR] System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_OracleFeature_ScannedInstanceID". The conflict occurred in database "FNMP4", table "dbo.OracleFeature_MT".
The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_OracleFeature_ScannedInstanceID". The conflict occurred in database "FNMSCompliance", table "dbo.OracleFeature_MT".
Removed 0 allocation records for instances which are about to be deleted
Removed 0 instance history records for instances which are about to be deleted
Removed 0 instance users for instances which are about to be deleted
Removed 0 instance attributes for instances which are about to be deleted
Removed 0 Oracle instances for instances which are about to be deleted
