This article describes the condition when the "Last logged on" user is shown as "None".

Synopsis

The "Last logged on" user is shown as "None" when any of the conditions below are true.

1) The target machine doesn't belong to a domain (e.g. WORKGROUP)
2) No one has logged in to the machine before.
3) The Active Directory import hasn't been done for the domain.
4) The logged-on user is in a "User blacklist" in "System Settings".
