If a custom user role is in use, you may receive the following error in the SAP Admin Module when selecting process recommendations in the Process License Recommendations report: The selected rows cannot be processed.
Additionally, if you select Log on the Process License Recommendations report, you will see the error: No logs available for the current processing.
After these errors occur, permissions errors are visible in System > Utilities > Display Authorization Check on the Admin Module.
Solution
These errors occur because a custom user role is in use which lacks permissions for the task. To resolve this issue, use the default Admin Module role rather than a custom role.
