This article is for your information if you encounter an 'In Breach' message for a license when you believe that this should not be the case.
Discussion
When inspecting licenses in FNMS, you may notice that some are displayed with an 'In Breach' message even when there entitlements are exceeding the consumption count.
It is recommended to first check the license type, the most common cause for this message is when the license is a license type that is not calculated by the reconciliation process. This is intentional and requires manual intervention to change the compliance status of the license.

Concurrent user
CAL Legacy
IBM Concurrent User
IBM Floating User
Custom Metric
IBM RVU
SAP Package
Workaround
For these licenses, you should manually configure the compliance status.
