Currently, the data export from FNMS to ServiceNow includes all the three different records types (Hardware inventory, Installed applications, Contracts). So if there are massive data to be processed, it may take a long time to complete.

If you want independent data export for each type, for example, applications on a weekly basic (over the weekend) with inventory records exported daily, you can work around this with below manual steps as there is no automatic independent configuration available on FNMS UI.

1. Export inventory records (6 days)

Go to FNMS UI > System Settings > Integrations > Integrations > Data to export to ServiceNow:
Only select "Hardware inventory", save the change and then click "Export". Manually execute "Export" with the same selection on the days of exporting inventory record.

2. Export application as well as inventory records (1 day)

After the last day of exporting inventory records in this week completes, and before the next weekly scheduled export
go to FNMS UI > System Settings > Integrations > Integrations > Data to export to ServiceNow:
Select both "Hardware inventory" and "Installed applications", save the change, and wait for the scheduled export (or click "Export" to manually run) .
