Synopsis
After importing DSLS report logs which are not reporting NamedUser features correctly.
ConcurrentUser usage appears to be correct since those feature counts appear in the header information, however the NamedUser features are not listed in the log header so usage from those features is coming through as Max Available = "Uncounted".
The client believes that the NamedUser features are not uncounted and so Max Available column should not show as Uncounted, since the header does not identify the max feature count for Named User features this is wrong.
I'm attaching the DSLS feature header data as an image as well as the LUM reporting which appears to show the same issue.
Discussion
The uncounted value comes from the "RPT_FEATURE", "NUM_REGULAR" column in the reporting DB,If this column is NULL, then it will appear as Uncounted in the report. For FlexLM servers, this is typically set, because in the report log, the maximum available number of licenses is actually in the report log itself. For DSLS and LUM report logs, it is not for the NamedUser featues, that is because the NamedUser does not have have value in the report log it is labelled as uncounted.
