This article explains a behaviour of IBM RVU license that consumption is not shown per device for IBM RVU license.
Synopsis
"Consumed" and "Calculate consumption" in the Consumption tab are shown as "0" while "Calculate consumption" in the Compliance tab is not "0".
Discussion
The consumption for an RVU license is calculated from the value that a user enters manually for the Resource value on the Identification tab and then that value is applied to a points rule set to obtain the total consumption. Given this there is no way for FNMS to break down that manually entered number to individual devices so the consumption tab will not show consumption per device. This is the expected behaviour.
