flexnet licensing

We have been using Rockwell RSLinx software and GE Proficy software on the same server. On every server with both of these products, RSLinx will sometimes disappear from the license manager. It only occurs on systems that use both products together.

Could you post a screenshot of what you refer to as the "license manager"? I am not entirely sure which Flexera product you may be referring to here - it may be FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications (in which case this forum is the right place to be), or it may be more related to the FlexNet Publisher product which software vendors use in their products to help with licensing (in which case the FlexNet Publisher Forum may be the appropriate place for this discussion).
