db2jcct2 library

I installed FNM2021R1 Cognos and got this error.

Failure in loading native library db2jcct2, java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError.

Where do i get db2jcct2 library from?

What is the database that you are using? Is it DB2? Also, what is the OS?
Can you take a look at this link -
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/failure-loading-native-library-db2jcct2-unsatisfiedlinkerror-errorcode-4472

Let us know if the issue still persists.

Thanks for pointing that out. It had taken db2 database as default, changed it to Oracle 19c now.

Although i'm getting this error:

[Content Manager database connection]
[ ERROR ] The database connection failed.
[ ERROR ] Content Manager failed to connect to the content store. The connection string is "jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521:Service Name". The error encountered is: "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Can you take a look at the IBM KB article - https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/cm-cfg-5036-content-manager-failed-connect-content-store

Also, it looks like you are using Oracle DB. You will need to update the drivers in Cognos Analytics (install location > ibm > cognos > analytics > drivers) to now use oracle driver.

Hope this helps.
