If the problem is now no longer occurring, this may have been caused by the following incident which affected logins for a short period several hours ago: FlexNet Manager Suite - EU & US - Customers may be unable to access the Management Dashboard

To everyone who answered. This issue has been resolved successfully. I think it was probably a problem on the Flexra Cloud side.
