What does it mean for a Task (Under System Tasks) i.e. vCenter - HCS084VCNGPAA01 to be in 'Scheduled' status?

Virtual cluster server scan for IBM PVU is an internal rule that is created automatically which is a little different then scheduling a task.

Windows sets up a scheduled task that automatically runs the defragmenter in the background at a specific time. The Task Scheduler launches many other Windows system tasks in the same way. Status of Virtual Machines That Are Managed by vCenter Server shows the operational state of virtual-machine desktops that are displayed in Horizon Administrator. A desktop can be in only one state at a time. The vCenter - HCS084VCNGPAA01 to be in 'Scheduled' status is just saying the Virtual Machines is automatically scheduling this task
