Symantec & VMware bulk data upload is not getting successful, showing 'In Progress' even after days
Hi Team,
Recently I have tried uploading a few data for Symantec & VMware in bulk in two different files. But, the problem is the uploads are never getting completed. They are still showing 'In Progress' when usually it takes a couple of minutes to upload such data (I mean data with less than 10 rows).
- I have manually checked the SKU, all of them are recognised by FNMS.
- Template and format are kept the same as the previous files which were successfully uploaded in the past.
Asking for your kind assistance to fix this issue ASAP.
