Reporting Tab crashes constantly

Hi,

we have a problem with the classic reporting function. Everytime I try to open the report tab in the FNMEA Webgui it crashes with a "Java Null Point Exception".

We are currently using FNMEA 2018R1 - 20181026171242


I have a screenshot attached of error in the reporting tab.

The error message of the application log is also attached.

 

I have to export a lot of reports, would appreciate fast support!

I can see in our support system that this seems to be an error that has been seen before but I haven't been able to find the resolution.

Please create a support case to get assistance in troubleshooting and to find the resolution.
