Reconcile on works when run manually

Good day

I have an issue at a client where the reconcile only works when run manually. I had a look at the batchprocess log file and i get the attached error. MSMQ is configure correctly and i do not see any error under the private que.

Please advise.

you can make sure that the batch service starts with the same service account, also check that the service account is properly set for all your queues.

 

@wernerb  - accounts are correct

What is the name of your Batch Processing Server?  Due to limitations of Microsoft Message Queue/NETBIOS, the Computer Name cannot be more than 14 letters.

 

@kclausen - Server name is 13 characters - SJDCFLEXDEV01

Please ensure this windows scheduled task is enabled. 'Inventory import and license reconcile'

Please check your batchprocessor and batchprocessScheduler log under 'C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\BatchProcessScheduler'

@mgunnels  -  task is enabled and it set with the correct user

batchprocessor and batchprocessScheduler log under 'C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\BatchProcessScheduler' show no errors and the services are running with the correct user
