Hi Forum,

We are trying to install agents in Linux servers. 

which throws the warning managesoft-18.5.0-1.x86_64.rpm :header V4 DSA?SHA1 signature ,key ID 8ad9a7ee:NOKEY.

Kindly help us to overcome this error.

we  have already tried -> 

$ rpm --import RPM-GPG-KEY-FlexeraSoftwareLLC

 but import read failed:( 

Let me know if anyone faced similar issue and how you troubleshooted it.

we tried importing key , but it didn't worked for us

$ rpm --import RPM-GPG-KEY-FlexeraSoftwareLLC

can you share os Architecture along with error output while trying.

please share output of below. Also try below command to install agent . share its output as well.

lsb_release -a

rpm -ivh /var/tmp/managesoft-18.5.0-1.x86_64.rpm

thank you @durgeshsingh for you support, we found out that the issue is with RPM file. we have taken new rpm file from beacon server instead of webui to avoid corrupt. Now agent are installed without any issues.
