Product Use Rights - Changing?

What would cause product use rights to change?  I'm referring specifically to "exemptions".  I notice for some odd reason (and has nothing to do with Recommended License Changes), my exemptions for Device Role reverts back to default.  I may for example exempt Development, Test, Disaster Recover and they revert back. I haven't paid special attention to when this happens, but wonder if  this would be something that might "change" after an FNMS upgrade?  That's all I can think of.

I would recommend that you create a support case next time to see this happening to get this thoroughly investigated and find the root cause, (and of course you'll pay special attention to it now... stating the obvious, I know...)
