Primavera P6 has no consumption

Primavera P6 Pro and Enterprise are both set as Oracle Application User but there is on consumption being reported. Any leads on what else to check or configure in this case? Version of Flexera is 2020 R2.

(1) Solution

The Oracle "Application User" metric implies that users who have accessed the application must be licensed.  You will need to obtain this "usage" from your Primavera Server administrator to get the list of these users with Access/Usage to Primavera and allocate those users to your license to calculate consumption.

Thank you very much. We will go with this route. I'll provide an update if this resolves the issue.
