I am looking for a method to inventory the OVLM engine directly for KVM host and VM relationships. Installing an agent on the KVM hosts is not a preferred option as our operations team treats these similar to ESXi.
The oVirt engine api provides enough data to create some kind of inventory record.
Is it possible to generate an NDI file from script? If not, are there alternatives to getting this data into FNMS as inventory devices?
