Named users not shown on the license for Microsoft

Hello,

I have Microsoft connected to Flexera for Office 365.

For SCCM, I have a number of users that are provisioned in the Office 365 portal but do not show as having a license in Flexera.

Why would the licensed users not show in Flexera?

Hi @WayneW 

If you are connected correctly to O365, then the licenses connected to 365 will be populated with the named users from the cloud.  

For the users in FNMS to "connect" to teh users from O365, you must have updated/enriched your FNMS user accounts with email addresses...and then those email (or alternate email) addresses must match to what is coming from the O365 connection.
