Manage Engine Integration with FNMS 2020 R1

Good day

I would like to know if anyone has done an implementation with a tool called Manage Engine.

Put simply, Manage  Engine is a tool that manages - ITSM, Hardware and Software Inventory.

The backend DB iused is a PostgreSQL.

Any assistance or guidance is much appreciated.

So you're basically looking for an inventory adapter, importing computers, evidences etc.?

I see 3 options (assuming there is no Manage Engine adapter yet):

1. You could create one yourself, using the Inventory Adapter Studio. The adapter template has lots of comments about what to change. Still you'll need some SQL experience.
2. Or you could hire Flexera Professional Services to create an adapter for you.
3. You could hire a third party consulting service to do it for you.

I am not familiar with the Manage Engine architecture. You're telling it's a PostgreSQL DB, so direct DB access seems possible. You'll have to figure out their DB schema, maybe it's documented somewhere?
