Is anyone else concerned that the last inventory date listed in the UI is not actually the date that software and hardware inventory was last collected from the servers?
Its is collecting the 'Last successful CMDB sync' date which is not the date of a last successful scan.

I already have an open case. The problem is that open cases just seem to sit there as "Awaiting Fix Decision" and it appears that nothing further happens. Is a enhancement request different?

If you've received information that it's considered a bug and as such requires a fix it will get prioritized and fixed.
An enhancement request gets created if it's not considered a bug, i.e. the product is working as designed. This will then get prioritized among other enhancement requests. Flexera will soon enable its customers to enter ideas through the community and then also "vote" for others' ideas and as such influence their priorities...
