Integration between ServiceNow and Flexera

Hi Team,

I need one help; can we perform integration from ServiceNow to Flexera. we need to populate some fields from ServiceNow to Flexera tool. is this possible. 

If not, possible what are the challenges for this type of integration. 

Possible means what are the steps we need to follow. We are having FNMS Onprime 2023R2 version.

Please suggest me.

A typical approach for doing this would be:

1. Arrange to export relevant data from ServiceNow to a file format (such as a CSV or Excel file) on a regular basis. A useful format will include column(s) that uniquely identify the records to be updated in FlexNet Manager Suite, along with column(s) that contain the data values to be stored.
2. Configure a FlexNet Manager Suite business adapter to import data from that file format.
