Inbuilt report - Application Installation Details with Usage Sessions Report option not available.

Hi,

I am currently using FlexNet Manager, and I've encountered an issue where the "Application Installation Details with Usage Sessions" report option is not available in my environment. I've checked under the usual report sections but can't seem to locate it.

Has anyone else experienced this or know why this report might be missing? Any advice on how to resolve this or enable it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

I am not exactly sure what the differences between both reports was. I can only see "Application Installation Details" in my 2024 R1 Test environment, but it does contain the column "Usage sessions". I can only assume that both reports got merged.

Thank you for your reply. I do have access to the "Application Installation Details" report, but the "Usage Session" option is no longer available for selection. We recently upgraded to the latest version, 2024 R1, and it was available prior to the upgrade.
