Hello, one of my friend is learning Flexera using a personal gmail id and he is working for SAM Consulting firm. He wanted to complete Flexera Certified IT Asset Management Administrator and Certified FlexNet Manager Suite Technical Administrator. need assistance how he will get access to complete exams.
To provide access to the Certification area of the Learning Center your friend will need an email address from the SAM Consulting firm and the firm will need to be a partner with Flexera. Then the person will need to register that email address with the Community. Next, tell the partner alliance manager at Flexera what the email is so the contact information can be associated with the partner account. Finally, that person will need to sign out and back into the Community to then access the Learning Center and see the Certification tile.
