We have three support cases open with Flexera for various things and they've recommended upgrading to SP3 as a proposed solution for all three. I'm just starting to go through the documentation to evaluate the effort involved and if we'd need Flexera professional services to assist (billable hours) or not. If it wasn't for these support cases we wouldn't have moved yet.
Since your post is a month and a half old have you upgraded to SP3? If so, did you do it yourself or did you have Flexera professional services do it for you?
